"I had no hesitation in working with Lisa, as I had worked with PTs previously when I was living elsewhere. In January 2022 I had a rotator cuff muscle shoulder surgery. This left my left shoulder, not surprisingly pretty immobile but working with Lisa and the required exercises from the physio, I now have an incredible increase in shoulder mobility and strength.
