My Story Why I’m Here for You


My journey as a Personal Trainer started over 4 years ago, but my passion for helping women like you began long before that.

I’ve been where you are—feeling dismissed, judged, or reduced to a number on the scales. I’ve experienced the frustration of coaches who didn’t listen, who shamed me for enjoying the foods I loved, and who overlooked the challenges I was facing.

That’s why I became a PT: to create the supportive, understanding experience I wish I’d had.

With me, it’s not about rigid rules, guilt, or giving up your favorite foods. It’s about meeting you where you are, understanding your unique challenges, and guiding you towards lasting results.

How quickly can I expect to see results with Revive & Thrive?

The speed at which you'll see results can vary from person to person, as it depends on factors like your starting point, dedication, and adherence to the programme. It's essential to remember that sustainable weight loss is a gradual process, and there are so many other factors involved other than how much you are eating and moving. Our focus is on helping you make long-term changes to your lifestyle rather than promoting quick fixes. Many of our clients start noticing positive changes within the first couple of weeks, such as increased energy levels and improved mood. However, significant weight loss can take some time. Your personalised plan will be designed to maximize your progress.

Do I need to follow a specific diet plan, or can I continue eating the foods I enjoy?

I always encourage my clients to eat what they enjoy. Revive & Thrive is about educating you on making lifestyle changes that ensure that the weight you lose stays off.
We will not be providing meal plans for you to follow. But we will be giving nutritional guidance to ensure that you are eating enough of the right foods to help fuel your body correctly.
